I have 4 ceiling lights.
My led ceiling light is flashing.
Led bulb flickering can be traced in almost every instance to a non compatible dimmer switch in the lighting circuit.

A poor connection between the light or fixture switch and the bulb can cause flickering.

If you re able to verify that the ceiling fixture is the only one flickering get a ladder and try tightening the light bulb.

Step 4 replace the t8 led tubes or purchase an led fixture.
Try gently wiggling the switch to see if this causes a flicker.
I put two of the working lights in flashing fixture and they strobed as well.
If your light is already flickering try toggling the switch on and off and see if this fixes the problem.
Normal single foot 1w lamp bead withstand current.
If the flickering bulb is a cfl try replacing it with an led or incandescent bulb.
If the lamp bead chip is not full power it will cause the light source to strobe.
