Joseph e meehan july 5 2016 7 21pm 4 the honda dealer could do it but any shop can do it. Any good shop can find the trouble and just using a voltmeter is needed to help find the trouble. Can t roll down up passenger window from driver side or passenger side. The first fix to try when ever any part of your window and door control panel or any electrical function for that matter does not work or is not working correctly is to disconnect the negitive battery cable that s the non hot side.

A blown fuse can indicate. Remove the door panel. No blown door fuse 3. Turn on car result.

If it s blown replace the fuse. Locate the securing screws usually behind covers or trim and undo them. End attempt 2 start attempt 3 suspect door fuse 1. Turn ignition to accessory not the first click the second with the dash lights on go over to passenger side door to press and hold window switch down for 4 seconds pull and hold up until.

Locate and check the fuse for the problematic window motor. Turn off car 2. Remove fuse and inspect. Verify window lock is not pressed in.
